1. These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made on this website. By placing
an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

3. Product Specifications and Usage

a. Descriptions: We make every effort to ensure that product images, dimensions, and
descriptions are accurate. Minor variations in steel/timber colour or finish may occur due to
natural materials.
b. Predator Resistance: While our walk-in runs are designed to protect pets against common
domestic predators, no run is 100% predator-proof. You are responsible for placing the run
on suitable ground and taking appropriate precautions for your pets.
c. Assembly: Runs are supplied flat-packed for self-assembly unless stated otherwise.

4. Pricing and Payment
a. All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
b. Delivery charges are included in our prices unless otherwise stated.
c. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using one of our accepted payment
methods.
5. Delivery
a. We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. (Surcharges will apply to the Scottish
Highlands, and offshore islands).
b. Goods are shipped by next-working-day courier to mainland England/Wales and lower
Scotland addresses. Delivery timeframes provided are estimates. We are not liable for delays
outside our reasonable control (e.g., courier delays or extreme weather).
c. Deliveries are typically made to the kerbside or front property line. Please ensure clear
access for delivery drivers.
6. Cancellation and Returns (Consumer Rights) Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013,
you have the right to cancel your order:
a. Right to Cancel: You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items without
giving a reason.
b. Condition: Items must be returned unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging.
c. Return Shipping Costs: Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for paying
the return shipping costs. Due to the size and weight of our runs, return transport costs can
be high.
d. Refunds: We will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving
the returned goods.
7. Faulty or Damaged Goods
a. Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. If your run arrives damaged or with missing parts,
notify us within 48 hours with photographs of the damage.
b. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is faulty, you are entitled to a repair or
replacement, whichever we feel more efficient.

8. Limitation of Liability
a. We are not responsible for any indirect losses, loss of pets/livestock, or damage to property
arising from the use or misuse of our products.
b. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by
negligence, fraud, or any statutory rights that cannot be excluded under UK law.
9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be
